Challenges Before Implementation

Over years of operation, subscriber data on the scale of several hundred thousand records had accumulated, but the vast amount of data was not being effectively used. Because the same generic job information emails were being sent to all subscribers at once, open rates and click-through rates declined year after year. It was necessary to prevent users from “drifting away from the service” (unsubscribing or stopping delivery) while increasing the conversion rate to interviews.

Solution by Agilely

By leveraging Agilely’s "persona auto-extraction feature," we trained the AI on the behavioral history and attribute data of users who had previously converted (successfully changed jobs). From there, the AI precisely defined the "ideal customer profile (persona) whose desire to change jobs is currently rising." Furthermore, for each extracted segment, the AI automatically generated subject lines that would attract interest and personalized scout message copy, enabling targeted delivery.
